Lucam Consultancy has a new opening for Mental Health Support Workers roles available to offer you within an established NHS Hospital in Macclesfield and surrounding areas.
Job Description
We are looking for passionate, dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to work in Macclesfield and surrounding areas to support a wide range of flexible shift patterns covering days, nights, and weekends.
All applicants should have previous NHS experience working in a mental health setting
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for people with mental health conditions
- Can contribute to risk management and the evidence-based principles of relational security
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Aid every individual whilst promoting independence
- Undertake all aspects of personal care needs
- Observing patients for behavioural changes
- Supervising and monitoring patients within the facility to ensure their safety
- Documenting and maintaining patient health records
- Can contribute to risk management and the evidence-based principles of relational security
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
- PMVA/MAPA training
- Valid DBS
- Immunisation record
- Mandatory Training
