We are actively seeking a passionate Clinical Team Lead to spearhead our 112-bedded Forensic medium secure psychiatric hospital. This facility provides dedicated care for individuals dealing with mental illness, learning disabilities, including Autism, and offers specialized services for females.
Role Highlights
- Collaborate within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team in a ward environment.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture alongside dedicated nursing and allied professionals.
- Partner with our audit and compliance manager to drive KPI achievement through clinical audits.
- Essential qualifications include RMN/RNLD certification, along with a strong knowledge of CQC, KLOE, and local safeguarding processes.
