Job Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the field of behavioural care and specialist support services? Our esteemed client, one of the UK’s foremost providers in this sector, is situated near Nottingham and is actively seeking a dynamic Head of Psychology to lead and deliver a high-quality, evidence-based psychological service. This role encompasses working with both male and female individuals across Acute and PICU settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex assessments and risk evaluations.
- Provide clinical supervision for qualified and assistant psychologists.
- Deliver reflective practice sessions.
- Develop and deliver training packages for staff as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Autonomy in work.
- Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Profound interpersonal skills.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Acute or PICU settings. Eligibility for registration with the HCPC is a fundamental requirement.
