Job Description
We are looking for passionate, dedicated Nurses to work in Uxbridge and surrounding areas to support a wide range of flexible shift patterns covering days, nights, and weekends.
As an RGN you will be part of a dynamic and exciting team making exciting changes that will affect the way the hospital is run from the front door and throughout
Duties and Responsibilities
- Recording patients’ vital signs and medical information
- Monitoring patients, record and reporting symptoms or changes in their conditions to provide the most suitable care and advice.
- Performing routine procedures such as administering non – intravenous medications, taking blood pressure measurements and completing patients’ charts
- Administering medications to patients, monitoring them for potential reactions or side effects and reporting to the physician
- Assist nursing team with emergencies
- Creating and maintaining accurate, comprehensive healthcare records and reports of patients
- Working with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create personalised treatment plans for patients

Requirements:
- Nursing Degree
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid NMC with 12 with 6 months post-qualifying experience
