Lucam Consultancy have new opportunities for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work within an established Private Hospital in East Essex and surrounding areas.
Job Description
We are looking for passionate, dedicated Mental Health Nurses to work in East Essex and surrounding areas to support a wide range of flexible shift patterns covering days, nights, and weekends.
As an RMN you would be working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide excellent bespoke care to enable our patients to fulfil their recovery goals and work towards building a bright future after discharge for all service users within your care.
All applicants should have previous clinical experience working in a mental health setting
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for people with mental health conditions
- Can contribute to risk management and the evidence-based principles of relational security
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Aid every individual whilst promoting independence
- Undertake all aspects of personal care needs
- Observing patients for behavioral changes
- Supervising and monitoring patients within the facility to ensure their safety
- Documenting and maintaining patient health records
- Can contribute to risk management and the evidence-based principles of relational security
- Deliver high quality, service users focused care
- Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
- Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
- Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

Requirements:
- Nursing Degree
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid NMC
