Located near Nottingham, our client operates a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility in partnership with Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust, offering acute adult mental health services. Following the success of our female-focused service, we have expanded to provide exceptional care to male patients since May.
Role Highlights
- Collaborate seamlessly within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Monitor and refine nursing care plans.
- Assess and adapt to changes in patients’ conditions and needs.
- Demonstrate professional accountability and responsibility, leveraging your expertise in evolving environments.
- Lead shifts, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to student nurses and team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience as an RMN is essential.
*Please note: this role has a pay rate of up to £45,000 per annum and comes with a £5,000 welcome bonus.
