Salary: £36,000 - £38,596 (Depending on experience)
Overview
As an RMN you would be working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide excellent bespoke care to enable our patients to fulfil their recovery goals working towards building a bright future after discharge for all service users within your care.
As a Staff Nurse, you will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team that provides a service that positively promotes recovery and independence. You will provide direct support to ensure that individuals are progressing towards their goals of community integration, strengthened daily living skills and improved insight into mental health and risk factors.
We would like to hear from qualified mental health nurses who are able to work collaboratively within an MDT to deliver high quality person centred care, have the drive to work with individuals to achieve the best outcomes for them and be a positive role model and mentor for junior members of the team.
