Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker
You must hold a level 3 in Children’s and Young Peoples workforce qualification for this role
A full UK driving license is needed for this role

About you:
You will have recent experience working in a Children’s Residential Care as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker for at least a year and hold a minimum level 3 in Children’s and Young People’s Workforce.
What you’ll be doing:
Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including:
- Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills.
- Providing support with morning routines such as getting ready for school and making sure they have a good breakfast.
- Preparing evening meals and ensuring the young person has a safe space to relax and unwind within the home.
- Attend meetings and training as required.
- Share the responsibility for creating a pleasant working environment.
- Be flexible in hours of work in order to meet tasks required.
- Be aware of Health and Safety regulations particularly as related to the upkeep of the building and its surroundings.
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably requested.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and be aware of relevant policies and procedures.

Pay: £27,885.00-£33,285.00 per year
