As a Registered Home Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the management of one or two designated residential homes. Your leadership will ensure that our homes provide the highest standards of care, meeting all regulatory and statutory requirements. The number of homes you manage will be reflected in your salary and bonus, with additional responsibilities enhancing your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home(s) ensuring a high standard of care is provided.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Ensure the home(s) comply with all relevant legislation and standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial sustainability of the home(s).
- Liaise with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.

Experience/Qualifications: Level 4/5 in management or higher/equivalent, 5 years residential experience
